High-Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with Magnetic Bearings

Magnetic bearings are precision mechatronic devices that use controllable electromagnetic force to support the rotor without mechanical contact.

Compared with traditional rolling bearings and sliding bearings, magnetic bearings do not have mechanical contact and have the characteristics of high speed, no friction, long life, no lubrication, no oil pollution, high efficiency, low noise, and low vibration.

Magnetic bearing control technology is one of the core technologies in the current application of magnetic bearing technology. This technology uses the principles of magnetic field and electromagnetic induction to achieve support and stable control of the rotor without contact, allowing mechanical equipment to achieve high-speed movement and high-precision work. 

Magnetic bearings have broad application prospects in high-speed turbines, waste gas and waste heat power generation, petrochemicals, nuclear energy, transportation, and other fields.
